As the Operations Manager, you will learn and share responsibility for running the Rebound Therapy office alongside our Resources Director. You will support the smooth delivery of our training courses and help ensure everything behind the scenes operates to a high standard. Reporting to the CEO and Financial Director, you will play a key part in our continued growth.
This full-time role begins in April 2026 and will be based at our new office which will be situated between Caterham and East Grinstead.

Key Responsibilities:
• Advising on and arranging training courses.
• Booking tutors and managing course logistics.
• Invoicing and processing payments.
• Following up with delegates after training.
• Coordinating email marketing and social media activity.
• Handling written communication and telephone enquiries.
• Supporting general office operations.
The Company
Rebound Therapy is a specialised use of trampolines that enhances movement, balance, muscle tone, sensory integration, communication, and much more.
Development commenced in 1969 by Eddy Anderson, it provides therapeutic exercise and recreational enjoyment for individuals with a wide range of additional needs – from mild learning disabilities to profound physical and sensory impairments.
The therapy uses a structured methodology and assessment framework to ensure measurable progress and safe, effective outcomes.

The Person
We’re looking for someone who is:
• Creative, logical and quick to learn.
• Confident with written communication and telephone conversations.
• Comfortable managing several tasks at once.
• Interested in inclusive physical activity and the work we do.
• In possession of a valid driving licence.
• Living within 45 minutes of Godstone, Surrey (or happy to relocate).
