We're supporting a fantastic college in Romford seeking an enthusiastic SpLD Tutor to join their team on a long-term basis, working 3 days per week, starting as soon as possible.
In this role, you'll provide specialist one-to-one and small-group support for learners with Specific Learning Difficulties, helping them develop effective study strategies, improve confidence, and achieve their academic goals. The college offers a welcoming environment, excellent resources, and a strong commitment to inclusive learning.

Requirements:

Recognised teaching qualification or SpLD-specific qualification (e.g., Level 5/7 SpLD, Dyslexia Specialist, or equivalent)

Experience supporting learners with SpLDs in a further education setting

Strong understanding of inclusive teaching strategies and effective support methods

Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willing to apply)
