As a Night Worker, you’ll ensure the safety, wellbeing, and comfort of residents overnight, responding to incidents and maintaining a calm, respectful environment. Your role supports young people with complex needs, helping them feel secure and empowered. We’re looking for compassionate individuals with experience engaging diverse groups, strong interpersonal and organisational skills, and the ability to stay calm under pressure. Excellent communication, teamwork, and confidence in managing challenging behavior are essential, along with an understanding of mental health issues and a sensitive, empathetic approach.
