As an Accommodation Project Worker, you’ll support young people in developing independence through personalised plans, key working, and life skills coaching. You’ll help create a safe, welcoming environment while assisting with daily service operations. We’re looking for someone with strong interpersonal skills, a warm and approachable manner, and a clear understanding of confidentiality and professional boundaries. You should be respectful, non-judgmental, and inclusive, confident in engaging with young people, and able to stay calm under pressure. Competence with digital tools and a positive, team-oriented attitude are essential.
