About the RoleWe are looking for motivated and adaptable Secondary School Supply Teachers to support schools in and around Worthing. This role is ideal for qualified teachers who enjoy variety and thrive in new environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging lessons across KS3 and KS4 in line with the national curriculum.
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively and maintain a positive learning environment.
- Adapt quickly to different school settings and departmental requirements.
- Provide feedback to permanent staff and contribute to pupil progress.
Requirements
- QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent.
- Recent experience teaching in UK secondary schools.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- Flexibility to work across different subjects and year groups.
- Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain)
