We support people who are experiencing homelessness, or at risk of becoming homeless, as well as providing specialist accommodation and outreach services for rough sleepers, veterans, survivors of domestic abuse, women and young people.Accommodation to us doesn’t just mean a roof over your head and shelter from the elements. At Changing Lives, we offer a home rather than just a shelter.About the JobThe Sessional Night Worker will be an integral part of the team, overseeing the running and safety of the project through the evening.The successful candidate will provide an overnight supportive service ensuring that residents stay safe and protected. They will be expected to respond to any out of hours telephone calls, emergencies, maintain the security of the building, promote personal safety, manage access to the property, including visitors and ensure health and safety procedures are always adhered to.The shift runs from 7pm - 7am.As a sessional worker with Changing Lives you will have the opportunity to apply for all of our vacancies; including internal only roles. The role includes a fair hourly rate for every hour worked and also includes a payment towards holiday pay.
