Summary
Behaviour Mentor
A supportive and forward-thinking secondary school is looking for a Behaviour Mentor to join them from January 2026. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with young people and wants to make a real difference in a school community.
You'll work with students across KS3 and KS4, helping them stay engaged in lessons, manage behaviour positively, and overcome barriers to learning. Every day is different and you'll be part of a caring pastoral and behaviour support team.
Your key responsibilities:
