Role Responsibilities

- Support individual pupils or small groups with targeted interventions.
- Help manage behaviour positively and consistently in line with school policies.
- Encourage independence, resilience, and confidence in pupils.
- Uphold high standards of safeguarding and pastoral care.
- Be flexible and ready to adapt to different classes and year groups as needed.
Candidate Requirements
- Previous UK classroom experience, ideally within SEN settings.
- Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service.
- Right to Work in the UK.
- Flexible, adaptable, and forward-thinking approach to supporting learning.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff.
