Location: Robinson Way Depot, Telford Way Industrial Estate, Kettering, NN16 8PP

Pay Rate: £15.84 PAYE / £20.12 Umbrella
Hours: 37 hours per week
Shift: Monday to Friday, 6:30am – 4:30pm

Job Type: Temporary – Additional Workload
We are recruiting an experienced HGV Waste Collection Driver to support additional workload on a long-term temporary contract in Kettering. This is steady, full-time work with consistent hours.
The Role
Driving and operating a refuse collection vehicle (HGV) on set routes
Working as part of a crew completing daily waste and recycling collections
Ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the vehicle at all times
Carrying out daily vehicle checks and reporting any defects
Adhering to all road safety, site safety, and council procedures
Essential Requirements
Valid HGV licence (Class 2)
DVLA web check required
Right to Work in the UK
CV
Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
Experience in refuse or local authority driving preferred
No DBS required for this role.
