Summary

About the Role
As an Admin Assistant Apprentice, you will play an important part in ensuring ECO installation projects run smoothly. You’ll work closely with customers, installers, and contractors, helping to coordinate processes and keep everything on track.
Key Responsibilities
Project Administration
Support the day-to-day administration of ECO installation projects
Maintain accurate records and update internal systems
Customer Coordination
Speak with customers to book and confirm appointments
Provide updates and respond to general enquiries
Installer & Contractor Communication
Liaise with installers to check job progress and status updates
Ensure all required information is received in a timely manner
Quality & Compliance
Review installation evidence and documentation
Prepare and submit evidence packs to lead contractors
General Office Support
Assist with filing, data entry, and document management
Help with ad-hoc administrative tasks as required
Entry Requirements
Essential Qualifications
GCSE English — Grade 4 or above
GCSE Maths — Grade 4 or above
