A day in the life of a Head Chef:
- Cook and serve breakfast, lunch, and tea
- Manage food ordering and complete OPX food management system tasks
- Coordinate with different shifts to ensure accurate food production
- Maintain high standards of food safety and cleanliness
- Innovate and contribute to menu development
You’ll be set up for success if you have:
- Proven experience in a chef role
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Commitment to food safety and health & safety standards
