The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for an apprentice to start a career in customer service within the motor industry. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers who need assistance with their vehicle warranty claims.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls from customers looking to register warranty claims
Guide customers through the claim process in a professional and friendly manner
Liaise with garages and service centres to gather diagnostic information
Evaluate repair estimates and assist in processing claims efficiently
Handle aftersales and follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction
Accurately log customer interactions and data using internal systems
Work both independently and as part of a supportive team

We’re looking for someone with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. No previous motor trade experience is required – we’ll teach you what you need to know.

A keen interest in customer service and the motor industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Confidence when speaking on the phone

Basic computer skills and willingness to learn internal systems
