We have four care homes in Bristol. Two are in Patchway, and two are in Winterbourne.
Our residents love the outdoor space we have, and, when the weather is dry, we like to enjoy the outdoors with them, as much as we can.
We have a vacancy now for an enthusiastic gardener to work across all four homes, keeping the grounds well-maintained and tidy.
The role is a perfect **24-hours a week** , and we are paying £14.23 per hour. At interview we can discuss how best to split this time across the gardens so the working pattern works for you, and the grounds get their fair share of upkeep.
You'll enjoy the outdoors, and be able to manage your own time. You'll take real ownership and pride in the gardens, and with a plan we can work on together, the seasons will always be colourful and have something for our residents to be involved in and enjoy.
You'll physically be fit enough to spend 24 hours a week working in the gardens, and you'll be an enthusiastic member of our wider care home teams.
