The Opportunity
St Mary’s CE Primary are seeking a friendly, reliable individual to join our nurturing family. You’ll play a vital role in creating a safe, welcoming environment where pupils thrive and staff excel. If you’re committed to excellence, teamwork, and making a real difference in young lives, we want to hear from you.
We are a school where our children are at the heart of our decision making. We know our children as individuals and we tailor our teaching, learning and nurture to their needs. We are proud of our family ethos and celebrate the fact our thriving one form entry school is at the heart of the community.
We are looking for someone special to join our team. Do you have the skills, knowledge and enthusiasm to enable children to flourish? Are you a patient, nurturing person who always has a smile on your face? If so, we want you to join us in supporting whole class teaching and learning, leading small group interventions and ensuring all children succeed. If you think you can meet the expectations of our children, then we want you to apply!
We are looking for someone who:
• Relevant school experience working with children who have barriers to learning
• Experience of safeguarding legislation in relation to working with children
Visits to the school are welcomed and can be arranged by contacting James Garden on 01226 206422
