Summary

As a Band 3 Secretary, you will play a key role in supporting the Mendip Community Mental Health Team. Your responsibilities will include: Acting as the first point of contact for service users, carers, and external agencies. Maintaining accurate administrative systems for referrals, attendances, and discharges. Typing and formatting documents to a high standard using Microsoft Office. Managing diaries and coordinating appointments for clinical staff. Ordering and maintaining stock levels of stationery and supplies. Processing petty cash in line with Standing Financial Instructions. Supporting the team with data entry into the Trust's computer systems. Upholding confidentiality and safeguarding standards at all times. Attending meetings, taking minutes, and completing follow-up actions. Contributing to a positive team environment by providing flexible support and cover when needed.
