Summary

Senior Mechanical Project Manager - MOJ Project
South London - Up to £95,000 + Full Benefits Package

A well-established building services contractor with a strong foothold in the London market is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Mechanical Project Manager. This role centres on a long-term redevelopment.

You will be joining a company that offers:

The Role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing electrical delivery from pre-construction through to handover

  • Overseeing design coordination and liaising with subcontractors and site teams

  • Working closely with the Mechanical Project Manager and overall Project Lead

  • Ensuring programme, quality and cost objectives are consistently met

  • Representing the business in meetings with clients, consultants and the main contractor

Experience Required

  • Demonstrable experience as an Senior Mechanical Project Manager on major London schemes

  • Confident in managing large MEP packages and leading subcontractor teams

  • Ability to work within a structured team alongside Project Directors and PMs

  • Strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills
