We are looking for passionate and dedicated Personal Training Manager to join our team, and help us in delivering remarkable exercise experiences throughout our clubs.

Being a Virgin Active Personal Training Manager

-Own the weekly PT trading plan, driving revenue, new client acquisition and retention

-Ensure smooth end-to-end PT journeys, from new member onboarding to personal training sign-up

-Lift session quality and consistency on the gym floor; support consults, trials and first-to-repurchase journeys

-Monitor member feedback, CSAT and mystery shops; recognise wins and address gaps quickly

-Recruit, onboard, and develop PT talent; run mentorships, workshops and 1:1 coaching sessions

-Maintain PT profiles, supporting visibility and conversion across club and digital channels

-Translate dashboards into actionable plans for penetration, productivity and retention

-Ensure all PT activity meets brand, safety, safeguarding and compliance standards

-Collaborate with Product, Group Exercise, Membership and Front-of-House teams to align processes and member touchpoints

Qualifications

-You will need at least a REPS Level 3 or CIMPSPA equivalent qualification
