They areon the lookout for confident and driven Sales Consultants to drive sales on their premium developments in some of the South East's most desirable locations including Ascot, White Waltham,Beaconsfieldand Tonbridge.
This is more than a sales role -it'san exciting opportunity to deliver an exceptional journey for their customers,showcasingtheir high-specification and award-winning homes.
About You:
- Solid experience in New Homes Sales, either running your own development or working as part of a high-performing site team.
- The ability to work weekends on a rotabasis, with free weekends off to enjoy.
- Naturally proactive and organised, juggling multiple sales and priorities with ease.
- Detail-obsessed and passionate about ensuring your customers have a first-class experience at every stage of the journey.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a proventrack recordof hitting (or exceeding) sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the New Homes QualityCode is abonus, but not essential as full training will be provided.
WhatYou'llBe Doing:
- Bring their homes to life with engaging customer viewings and home demonstrations, ensuring show homes and the sales area are in an immaculate condition at all times.
- Guide their customers through an exceptional sales journey, from the first point of contact to completion and handover.
- Share valuable insights, knowledge and feedback to improve marketing activity, drive footfall and increase customer engagement.
- Use their customer relationship management system, Contact Builder, to accurately record customer interactions and key information.
- Conduct monthly competitor research, reporting insights and market movement to support pricing and sales strategy.
