Summary

HGV Class 2 Tipper Drivers Needed.

Location: Cumbernauld, G67.

Days: Monday to Friday

Start times: 6:00-6:30am Hours

(All work over 40 hours paid at overtime rate)


Looking for January 2026 Starts.

This Client is expanding and looking to bring in two Class 2 Tipper Drivers.

This role is ideal for drivers with solid Class 2 experience who want reliable hours, long-term stability and a mix of commercial and quarry work.

The Role of HGV Class 2 Tipper Drivers
* Driving MAN & Volvo standard PTO tippers
* Mix of commercial and quarry work
* Load drop-offs; must be physically fit and comfortable getting in/out of vehicle to confirm load activity
* Monday to Friday
* Hours: Around 10 hours per day / 50 hours per week
* Occasional Saturday work by agreement

Pay Rates:
Drivers with up to 1 year's experience:
* £13.42 per hour
* £17.45 per hour after 40 hours

Drivers with 1+ years' experience:
* £13.80 per hour
* £17.94 per hour after 40 hours

Requirements forHGV Class 2 Tipper Drivers:

* Class 2 Licence
* Ideally 6 months' tipper experience (flexible depending on overall Class 2 driving background)
* Minimum 1 years driving experience behind a Class 2 vehicle is preferred
* Aged 25+ (insurance)
* No more than 6 points - standard insurance exclusions apply
* Physically fit and able to work in mixed commercial/quarry environments
