We're looking for a caring, committed and reliable Midday Supervisor to join our welcoming team at Lift Unity City. If you're someone who enjoys working with young people, thrives in a busy environment and understands the importance of a safe and enjoyable lunchtime, we'd love to hear from you.
About the role
This is a 10 hours per week, term time (+5) position (39 weeks per year), working Monday to Friday across the lunch period. You'll be part of a small, friendly team making sure every pupil enjoys a positive and safe break.
You will:
- Supervise pupils in the dining hall, outdoor and other areas, ensuring their safety and wellbeing at all times
- Support positive behaviour and help resolve minor issues calmly and fairly
- Clear and clean the dining space once lunch is finished
- Be alert to any concerns and pass these on to the appropriate staff
- You'll be approachable, calm under pressure and confident in working with children aged 11 to 16.
