Summary

Job Title: Personal Assistant - PA
Location: York - YO19
Pay: £20 per hour
Hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm
Start: ASAP - ongoing

Are you an experienced PA with a strong track record supporting at executive level? We are recruiting for a reliable and highly organised Personal Assistant to work for a well-established organisation based in York.

This is a key role where confidentiality, professionalism and attention to detail are essential.

Key Responsibilities:
* Drafting letters and formal correspondence
* Handling incoming calls and enquiries
* Typing and formatting minutes
* Managing the inbox and coordinating a busy diary
* Arranging and coordinating executive-level travel
* Providing general administrative and organisational support as required

What We're Looking For:
* Previous experience supporting at senior/executive level
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Ability to work with discretion and maintain confidentiality
* Reliable, proactive and able to hit the ground running
