Summary
Job Description and duties:
1. Collaborates with other senior staff to define the range of products or services to be offered; contributes to the creation of sales strategies and the setting of sales goals.
2. Engages with employers or clients to understand their needs; conducts surveys and evaluates customer feedback on products, packaging, pricing, etc.
3. Analyzes sales data; develops proposals for marketing campaigns and promotional activities; conducts market research.
4. Manages customer accounts.
5. Recruits and trains junior sales staff.
7. Prepares reports and recommendations on marketing and sales strategies for senior management.
8. Stays informed about products and competitors.
