We are recruitingNeighbourhoodManagers to develop and lead IntegratedNeighbourhoodTeams (INTs) within Barnet’s fiveneighbourhoods. This is a unique opportunity to shape services that truly reflect the needs of local communities.

About the Role
As aNeighbourhoodManager, you will:
• Establish and lead the ‘Team of Teams’ approach, bringing together primary care, secondary care, community health, mental health, social care, and voluntary sector partners into cohesiveneighbourhoodunits
• Lead the coordination of health, care, and community services within one or more of Barnet’sneighbourhoods
