Summary

Seasonal Administrator

Yearly: March - April, June - August, November - January (*Subject to change).
Starting from: January 2026.
Full time: Hours to be arranged.
Fully remote.

Duties:

- Manage booking forms.
- Answer Customer queries.
- Advertise HAF Programme.
- Assist Recruitment.
- Gather data to create documents on Google Sheets and Google Slides.
- Perform Staff + Volunteer Training.
- Organise documents following GDPR.
- Update Google Contacts.
