We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Home Manager to lead a well-established nursing home in Acton. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong leader with a passion for delivering outstanding care and driving service excellence.
Key Responsibilities for the Home Manager:
• Provide overall leadership and management of the nursing home.
• Ensure compliance with CQC standards and all regulatory requirements.
• Lead, motivate, and develop the care team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.
• Manage budgets effectively and oversee operational performance.
• Build strong relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders.
Requirements for the Home Manager
• Proven experience as a Home Manager in a nursing home setting.
• Strong clinical background (RGN/RMN qualified preferred).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• In-depth knowledge of CQC regulations and best practice standards.
• Passionate about delivering exceptional care and continuous improvement.
