Summary

Creative Support is looking for an individual experienced in social care who has excellent customer care skills and a positive and confident communication style to be a part of our Out of Hours team as a Senior Duty Advisor. You will need to be able to deal with issues that arise in a calm manner, offering appropriate support and advice to those who call. You will also require good IT and administration skills including Microsoft Word and Excel.



This role is ideal for those individuals who are looking to progress into management whilst working within a very experienced and established team. You will also be expected to carry out routine administration tasks such as preparing personnel files for CQC inspections, recording & managing incident reports and collating & organising timesheets.



Hours are on a waking night basis, shifts will operation from 7.45pm till 08:15am.

Due to the nature of this role, the post is not suitable for individuals with commitments during the day which may affect their ability to perform a waking night shift.



Creative Support’s Out of Hours service, based at our Head Office in Stockport Town Centre, provides essential support to staff, service users and third parties outside of normal office hours every day including Christmas Day.



The OOH Service offers expert internal advice as a telephone service, run each night by a qualified and trained manager and a trained administrator. The core purpose of the service is to respond to serious issues and incidents that arise within the organisations services nationally.
