We are working with a range of welcoming and inclusive special schools across Sandwell, including areas such as West Bromwich, Oldbury, Smethwick, Tipton, Wednesbury, and Rowley Regis, that are seeking dedicated staff to join their teams.About the RolesWe have a variety of positions available, including:
- Teaching Assistants (TAs) - supporting pupils across different age groups
- Qualified Teachers - delivering engaging lessons tailored to individual needs
- Mentors & Support Staff - providing 1:1 and small group interventions
Types of Schools We SupportOur schools cater for pupils with a wide range of needs, including:
- Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD)
- Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD)
- Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC)
- Social, Emotional & Mental Health (SEMH)
- Profound & Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD)

- Experience in SEN settings or a strong desire to learn
- Team Teach or similar training (desirable but not essential)
- Patience, resilience, and a caring approach
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff
