Primary Teaching Assistant Role - Randstad Education, East Grinstead

Randstad Education is seeking an enthusiastic Primary Teaching Assistant to work in various schools across the East Grinstead area. This is a term-time only position with flexible full-time or part-time options.

Key Summary of the Role

This role involves crucial support for primary teachers and students to foster a constructive and engaging learning environment.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting teachers with lesson delivery and classroom organization.

  • Providing focused, one-on-one or small- group support to students.

  • Helping with behaviour management to maintain classroom structure.

  • Supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN).

  • Promoting an inclusive and positive classroom atmosphere.

  • Participating in school meetings and events as needed.
