The Best Connection is currently recruiting for Delivery Drivers / Warehouse Operatives on behalf of one of our clients based in Sheffield.

This is a dual role, combining driving duties with general warehouse/factory tasks when required.

Job Details

Shift: Monday to Friday, 6:00am - 4:00pm (traffic dependent)
Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour
Start Date: Ongoing
Closed for Christmas: 24th December - 5th January

Driving Responsibilities

• Completing 10-20 stops per day

• Delivering to and collecting from industrial customers

• Using an electronic booking in/out system (full training provided)

Warehouse / Factory Duties

When driving workload is low (short run or no run), you will support the factory team with:

• Packing

• General labouring

• Other basic warehouse tasks as required

✔ Requirements

• Age 25+ (insurance purposes)

• Preferably a clean driving licence, but up to 6 points accepted

• Good communication and timekeeping

• Willingness to carry out mixed duties (driving + warehouse)
