Summary
We are looking for an experienced Nurse Practitioner who wants to work and be part of our wider multi-disciplinary team that includes Community Mental Health Nurses, Advanced Pharmacist, Non-Medical Prescribers, Advanced Nurse Practitioner, Clinical Social Workers, Psychologists, Consultant Psychiatrist, Occupational Therapists, Peer Support (lived experience) Workers, Health Care Support Workers, Employment, Housing and Financial Advisors. As part our local mental health alliance network you will have opportunity to attend our weekly meetings which provides an opportunity to look at how best as services we can work together to support individuals who are presenting with multiple needs, risks and complexity. Particularly where engagement may be difficult. You will be asked within this role to support and contribute to the clinical supervision of junior members of the team and students on placement with the service This post will be providing short- and longer-term interventions to those who require our service and are taken onto our community caseload working alongside our wider multi-disciplinary team in order to support people in their recovery. There is an emphasis on team based multi-disciplinary decision making which lends itself to creating a supportive environment for staff.
