Monitor children’s progress through observations, assessments, and planning. Ensure that all children’s individual needs are identified, met, and effectively documented.
Parent Partnerships:
Build strong, trusting relationships with parents and carers, ensuring regular communication and meaningful involvement in their child’s development and pre-school experience.
Safeguarding & Compliance:
Uphold and promote the highest standards of safeguarding, health and safety, and regulatory compliance. Ensure all statutory requirements are met and recorded accurately.

Prepare children for a successful move to primary school through effective teaching, emotional support, and collaboration with families and local schools.
