Our client school is based in the London Borough of Kingston upon Thames. They are a Catholic faith school but welcome applicants from all faiths and backgrounds, in line with their diverse, inclusive and welcoming ethos. They have a Year 1 group who require long term teaching cover from January - July 2026.
What will you be doing in a typical day?
Delivering Year 1 classroom teaching in line with the school's curriculum
Taking responsibility for all planning, teaching and assessment for the group
Using positive strategies and good behaviour management to ensure the safety and wellbeing of students
Essential requirements for the role:
Qualified Teacher Status
Full-time availability
Experience of teaching, preferably at Key Stage 1, either through a teacher training course or in school-based roles
