Production Manager
Our client has been supplying the latest in audio visual equipment and professional event production services for over a decade and are now looking for a Production Manager to join their growing team.
Role Outline
Our client's Production Managers are responsible for the end-to-end planning, management, and execution of live events and hybrid events ensuring seamless integration of audio, video, lighting, and staging systems while managing budgets and leading technical teams.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- They typically require 4+ years of production management experience in technical production for live events, exhibitions, or corporate events.
- A strong understanding of professional AV equipment including audio mixers, wireless microphones, video switchers, projectors/displays, LED video walls, and basic lighting/rigging concepts.

Software Proficiency: Familiarity with CAD software (Sketchup/Capture), project management tools, and potentially show-control systems like Crestron, Watchout, or Disguise.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities, capable of managing multiple projects and tight deadlines.
