  • £15-16 per hour ( based on experience)

Required Experience:

  • Dealing with tenants
  • Being compassionate
  • Previous experience dealing with high volume calls
  • Dealing with complaints
  • Understanding of Repairs, Damp and Mould & Disrepair
  • Social housing
