Join us and help shape the future of Stratford upon Avon, one conversation and one connection at a time.In this role, you will represent Orbit in local communities, coordinating internal and external services to meet diverse customer needs and maintaining high standards of delivery.Key duties include managing relationships with Local Authorities and Housing Association partners, serving as the main contact for customers regarding ASB complaints, estate services, and tenancy management. Strong customer focus and effective time management are essential, as is a willingness to be present in the community three days per week, with some evening or weekend work as required.If you are passionate about housing, safety, and community wellbeing, we encourage you to apply.The role will cover the Stratford-upon-Avon area with access to our Greenhill Street Office. This role works in a hybrid way using a blend of field, home and office based working.What you'll achieveYou'll ensure a high-quality, end-to-end customer experience, focusing on safety, wellbeing, satisfaction, and regulatory compliance.
