Summary
DRIVER - CASUAL
To provide a safe and timely transportation service for the residents of the city who have proven and assessed needs. To provide a dedicated front line service in order to maintain service delivery for a professional and responsive service.
Good standard of education including good applied literacy.
A Full and Clean Driving Licence, the PCV element is optional.
All applicants MUST have the D1 entitlement on their respective driving licence.
Experience in driving Passenger Service Vehicles is desirable.
Consideration of vulnerable & disabled clients is essential, as is a knowledge of safeguarding and what this entails.
Good knowledge of Hull road network would be desirable, as is the ability to work at short notice and be available to cover sickness absence and annual leave.
