Summary
My Client are looking for a Project Manager to run their care home scheme in Epsom on a long term temporary contract. This is due to start the first week of January.
It is a 5 storey, steel frame, 90 bed care home, with a basement and a communal kitchen area.
Must have previous experience running projects to the value of at least £15 million.
Must have SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS.
