Summary

NestBorn is a revolutionary on-farm hatching concept that significantly improves the level of welfare and health of broilers. The hatchery brings and places the pre-incubated eggs directly on a natural litter bed in the broiler house, using the sophisticated NestBorn egg placing machine.

Working with Nestborn Machine, only one in the United Kingdom, your duties will include laying

Across 40 + various Crown Poultry Sites.

Main duties include (but not limited to):

- Running of eggs laying machine

- Loading and unloading eggs

- Cleaning and maintenance

- Preparing poultry houses

- Placement of eggs

- Reporting to Nestborn Line Manager

- Clean, maintaining and drive company vehicle with the safe manner

- Report any defect to the workshop

-Feeding with a compact tractor

Requirements, experience and person specification :

- Full Driving Licence, preferably HGV

- Working as a part of the team, will be able to show initiative and forward planning

- Follow strict bio-security and measures

- 6 Days a week

- Early starts, with excellent time keeping standards
