We are looking for a Project Manager who wants to be involved in significant change—leading projects that reshape services, increase efficiency, and improve value for our customers as part of Future New Forest.

Strong project management skills with experience in planning, managing, and delivering projects within agreed scope, time, cost, and quality parameters.
Proven ability to build strong and effective relationships across departments and with stakeholders, enabling buy-in through a collaborative and engaging approach.
Skilled in problem-solving, risk management, and using data to inform decisions.

The role

As our Project Manager, you will:

Lead and manage specific projects aimed at improving and reshaping business processes.
Develop and maintain project documentation including plans, risk registers, and reports.
Work collaboratively with internal teams, senior managers, and external partners.
Monitor budgets and resources, ensuring efficient use and adherence to financial controls.
Identify and manage risks and issues proactively.
Support the identification and tracking of project benefits.
Contribute to the development of PMO processes and best practices.

This is a career-graded role, and we will support you in your development to progress through the grades.
