Summary
Complex Care Assistant
Working Hours: Full time and Part time vacancies available. Please note you will be required to evenings, mornings and every other weekend.

The Vacancy
We believe exceptional support starts with exceptional people, who have a fun outlook on life and can think outside the box. We are looking for a fun and friendly Complex Care Assistant to join our Children’s Team.
You will play a pivotal part in supporting the children and young people to make memories that last a lifetime. No two day is the same and you will enjoy a range of activities in this role.
You will have the chance to spend time with the children and their families and support them in activities that wouldn’t be possible without you. You will work across our 2 respite homes (Lilys Place and Lawford Lodge) and the family’s homes. Although a full driving licence is not essential you are required to get to multiple locations. If you have not already achieved your Diploma level 3 (child specific) we will support you to achieve this.
This role involves;
Follow each individual child or young person's care plan
Support where necessary with personal care
Support child/young person with eating and drinking or maintaining their nutrition needs
Support child/young person to fulfil their social and emotional need through play
