Summary
Permanent, Term Time Only + 6 weeks during the school holidays (41 weeks per year)
Monday to Friday 8.15am to 5.00pm
Actual salary range: £24,374 to £27,081 per annum, which is based on FTE of £27,000 to £30,000 per annum, depending on skills and experience

We have a superb opportunity for an experienced PA to the Head to play a vital part in the higher-level co-ordination and smooth running of the School. This is a high-profile role requiring the highest professional standards and outstanding personal qualities. This is an excellent opportunity to join our extraordinary School and be part of an exceptional team. The Head’s PA will act as the first point of contact for the Head and will provide full administration and organisational support to ensure the smooth running of his office and to assist the Head in all aspects of his role.
The Ideal Candidate
You will have:
• Significant experience in providing close administrative/personal assistant support at Senior level in a professional environment
• Excellent organisational skills; ability to plan and coordinate activities and establish priorities in a timely manner
• Excellent IT skills and software knowledge
• Minimum A level standard qualifications (or equivalent), including 5 GCSEs (9-5/ A*-C) including Maths and English

• While experience gained in a school environment is highly desirable, it is not essential.
• The commitment to care for everyone in our school community
• To support the Sion ethos of our school.
• An excellent communicator and someone who easily connects with a broad range of people.
There may be a requirement to work a few Saturdays during term time to support School events.
