Role Overview
Acting as the first point of contact for members, visitors, and partners
Managing meeting room bookings, workspace enquiries, and events
Supporting onboarding of new members and maintaining accurate records
Ensuring the hub is well-presented, safe, and fully operational
Assisting internal teams with workshops, events, and community engagement
Delivering excellent customer service in a professional, tech-focused environment
Mandatory Requirements for Barclays Roles
Basic DBS
Adverse Credit Check
3 Years Employment History (must be evidenced via HMRC):

Strong customer service or front-of-house background
Confident communication skills and professional presentation
Pay and Hours

Monday to Friday, corporate working hours
