Description
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Years Practitioner (Level 4) to join our dynamic team in providing high-quality care and education to young children. This role is essential in fostering a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where children aged 0-5 can flourish. As an Early Years Practitioner, you will play a vital role in implementing engaging activities that promote learning and development, following the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework. You will collaborate with parents, carers, and other professionals to ensure that every child's individual needs are met, supporting their emotional, social, and physical development. Ideal candidates will possess a deep understanding of child development and be able to adapt their approaches to fit each child's unique needs. You will also be expected to maintain accurate records of children's progress and achievements, contributing to the overall growth of the educational setting. Responsibilities
Provide a safe and stimulating environment for children to thrive and learn.
Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development.
Observe and assess children's progress, documenting their achievements accurately.
Maintain strong relationships with parents and caregivers, keeping them informed about their child's development.
Work closely with the team to ensure a cohesive approach to childcare and education.
Support children with additional needs, ensuring inclusivity and tailored experiences.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and safeguarding policies and procedures.
Requirements
Hold a Level 4 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.
Demonstrated experience working with children aged 0-5 in a childcare setting.
Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) requirements.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to create engaging and educational activities tailored to children's needs.
Knowledge of child development principles and practices.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and training.

Pay Per Annum: £14.47
