Summary

Based in office at 20 City Square, you will work full time, 37 hours per week.

Requirements

You will have an ​HNC/SVQ3 or equivalent in a relevant subject area with the ability to study for and attain the Certificate in Law and Practice of Registration after 2 years’ experience in a registration environment.

Responsibilities

You will assist in the computerised registration of births, deaths, marriages, civil partnerships and stillbirths in Dundee City area and be trained to conduct civil ceremonies.

The Individual

You will have experienced in use of Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, Office 365. Proven experience in a customer focused role and experience of research.

You wil have the ability to learn quickly and work unsupervised within a dedicated team. Good organisational, communication and numerical skills with the ability to work under pressure and good presentational skills are essential.

You may be required to work evenings and/or weekends and a flexible attitude to working.

You will require a satisfactory Level 1 Basic Disclosure Scotland check.
