Summary
The role
You will join an exciting and ambitious project delivering river restoration schemes to build ecosystem resilience at a catchment scale. You will focus on Water Framework Directive target catchments to address issues such as a lack of fish spawning habitat. You will help establish a partnership to reduce phosphate levels in the Afon Gwyrfai SAC.
You will be based in an operations team (the Conwy Environment Team). Your work will be integrated into the ways of working of the local Environment Teams. You will work alongside the other project officer to deliver project outcomes across North West Wales.
