Summary

What skills and experience we're looking for

• Proven administrative or clerical experience, ideally within an educational setting.
• Excellent IT skills, including competence with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and an aptitude for learning school-specific systems.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritise a busy workload and meet deadlines.
• Effective written and oral communication skills, with the ability to converse at ease with all members of the school community.
• A professional, calm, patient, and flexible approach to work in a dynamic environment.
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.

Further details about the role

This is a permanent vacancy working 17.5 hours per week, over three days a week, term time only, paid at Grade D5 (actual salary £10,140 per annum) and based at Winsley Primary School.
