Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Transport Supervisor to oversee our logistics operations. Working 45 hours a week, Sunday to Thursday from 15:00 to 00:00am and it will be a 9 hour shift. Shifts could change from stated.
Duties
- To support the Transport Manager in managing the transport operation.
- Ensures any non-compliance is reported to the Transport Manager.
- Excellent Microsoft office skills
- Ensure the safe delivery of products and the administration of paperwork to a high-quality standard.
- Carry out daily driver debriefs.
- Deals with day-to-day Driver issues (E.g, uniform, daily driver checks, vehicle cleanliness).
- Liaise with drivers, maintenance and breakdown recovery companies in relation to vehicle breakdowns.
- To ensure daily vehicle checks are carried out.
- Working in a safe manner.
