Adult Support Workers - Somerset
Full-time & Part-time | Temp & Temp-to-Perm Opportunities Available

We are recruiting Adult Support Workers across the Somerset area to support adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs. We are looking for compassionate, reliable individuals who are committed to promoting independence, dignity, and quality of life.

About the Role:
You will work with adults in a range of settings-including supported living, residential services, day provision, and community-based support. Your role will involve promoting independence, delivering person-centred support, assisting with daily living, and ensuring the safety and wellbeing of each individual.

Requirements:

  • Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, or complex needs is essential

  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

  • Strong communication, patience, and a person-centred approach

  • Reliability, resilience, and a genuine passion for supporting others

  • Sponsorship is NOT offered for these roles
