Inclusion Mentor
Hours of Post: 36 hours per week
Working Patten: Monday to Friday, hours to be agreed, 4 days would be considered for the right person.
Contract Type: Fixed Term till 31st August 2026 (initially), Term time only
Salary Grade: Scale 6, points 18 to £22 - £31,537 to £33,699 FTE
(Salary will be pro rata to part time, term time hours)
Start Date of Post: As soon as possible
We are looking to appoint an efficient, skilled and self-motivated Inclusion Mentor to work closely alongside the Headteacher to ensure children are fully supported and safeguarded, removing barriers to learning in order to support them to achieve their full potential and enable them to fulfil their personal, social and academic potential.
We are looking to appoint someone who:
Inspires trust and confidence in pupils, colleagues and parents;
Builds team commitment with colleagues and in the classroom;
Engages and motivates pupils;
Builds on the quality of pupils’ pastoral care;
Promotes the wider aspirations and Christian values of the school;
Works closely with the senior leadership team.
