Mitie Fire Protection is expanding, and we are looking for a highly organised and proactive Contract Co-ordinator to support the delivery of our national fire protection contracts. This role is central to keeping programmes on track, supporting our operational teams, and ensuring our clients receive a high-quality, reliable service.

What You'll Be Doing
-Coordinating day-to-day operations across multiple contracts
-Scheduling engineers and arranging site access, RAMS and job packs
-Managing shared inboxes and responding to client and internal queries
-Tracking job progress, deadlines and deliverables
-Updating CAFM systems, client portals and internal trackers
-Raising purchase orders, processing GRNs and supporting finance workflows
-Producing compliance packs (photos, reports, certs, evidence logs)
-Liaising with Contract Managers, Surveyors, Engineers and subcontractors
-Preparing reports, spreadsheets and documentation for client meetings
-Ensuring all work follows compliance, H&S and internal procedures
-Supporting mobilisation and close-out activities across contracts

-Experience in administration, coordination or scheduling roles (FM/construction/fire protection desirable)
-Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
-Confident communicator with a professional approach
-Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook and digital workflows
-Experience with CAFM systems or SAP (desirable)
-Strong attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving mindset
-Ability to build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
-Comfortable working to deadlines and maintaining accuracy under pressure
